GlenDronach Launches Traditionally Peated

The GlenDronach distillery has announced the release of Traditionally Peated, a new, NAS (No Age Statement) single malt Scotch whisky that marries peated spirit matured in Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso sherry, and Port casks.
Bottled non-chill filtered and of natural color at 48% ABV, GlenDronach Traditionally Peated is described as having aromas of “Highland toffee, treacle, dark honey, and coal smoked barley”, a palate of “burnt orange and treacle on a base of cloves and smoked bramble”, and a “lingering, earthy” finish with notes of “liquorice and dark fruit.”
GlenDronach Traditionally Peated will be available at retailers worldwide beginning this month and carries a suggested retail price of £51.00 (~$66.00).
