Old Forester Announces 2026 President’s Choice Bourbon and Rye
Old Forester has announced the 2026 release of President’s Choice Bourbon and President’s Choice Rye.
Inspired by private single barrels offered in 1964 by former Old Forester president George Garvin Brown II, each President’s Choice barrel is aged between 7-9 years and bottled at proof points ranging from 110 to 125 proof.
Beginning at 10:00 am ET on Saturday, June 13, Old Forester Distillery will be releasing a limited number of bottles for in-person purchase at the distillery and at its online store for shipping to select states. Old Forester President’s Choice Bourbon and President’s Choice Rye each have a suggested retail price of $225.
