Cedar Ridge Distillery Announces Nine and Three Quarters Rye

Cedar Ridge Distillery has announced the launch of Nine and Three Quarters Rye, a limited release that marks the oldest whiskey Cedar Ridge has released to date.
Cedar Ridge Nine and Three Quarters Rye utilizes the distillery’s high malted rye mash bill, consisting of 85% rye, 12% corn, and 3% malted barley. The rye was aged in new American Oak Char 3 barrels aged at least nine years, with the majority reaching nine years and nine months, and one reaching ten years old.
Cedar Ridge Nine and Three Quarters Rye is bottled at 115 proof (57.5% ABV) and is available at the distillery, online, and at select retailers nationwide for a suggested retail price of $59.99.
