Compass Box Unveils Hedonism 2026
Compass Box has announced its latest limited edition release, Hedonism 2026.
For the 2026 edition of Hedonism, Compass Box’s Creative Director of Whiskymaking, Angela D’Orazio, draws on some of the oldest components ever used in Hedonism to date, including a 30 year old from Strathclyde Distillery. The recipe also includes whiskies ranging from 20 to 24 years old from Port Dundas and Cameronbridge Distillery, alongside past vatted iterations of Hedonism and some blended grain parcels.

- Blended Grain Parcel | First-fill Bourbon Barrels (1 Year Finish) (13.1%)
Hedonism 2026 is bottled non chill-filtered and with no added color at 46% ABV.
Compass Box Hedonism 2026 is described as having aromas of “clove-accented fruitcake, dates, and toffee.” The palate exhibits flavors of “coffee, toffee, and dry sherry flavors like roast almond and tart raisins.” It finishes with the “impression of cocoa-infused cream.”
Hedonism was the first whisky ever to feature a female form on the label. To celebrate this history, each limited annual release will see the brand collaborate with a different female artist to re-imagine the original Hedonism woman. For the 2026 release, Compass Box enlisted Australian artist Emma Hack, best known for her work on musician Gotye’s “Somebody That I Used to Know” music video, to create a live action portrait featuring Scottish actress Karen Gillan (Guardians of the Galaxy, Avengers: Endgame, Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle) at its heart.
Limited to 13,218 bottles worldwide, Compass Box Hedonism 2026 is available now for a suggested retail price of $164.99 for a 700 mL bottle.
