Wyoming Whiskey has announced the launch of Buffalo Bill Cody, a Wyoming exclusive limited edition Straight Bourbon Whiskey.
Buffalo Bill Cody is made from grains farmed in Wyoming soil and distilled in Kirby, Wyoming. The spirit was matured in Wyoming Whiskey rickhouses for a minimum of six years prior to the 26 barrel blend being married and bottled at 48.5% ABV (97 proof).
Buffalo Bill Cody is described as having aromas of “leather, Black Forest cake (cherry, chocolate), toffee, and honeyed almonds.” The palate exhibits flavors of “lemon cake with caramel nougat, milk chocolate, almond brittle, and honey.” It concludes with a “drying finish of cherry and lemon puree, candied ginger, molasses, and tobacco.”
