Wyoming Whiskey Releases Buffalo Bill Cody Nationwide

Wyoming Whiskey has announced the nationwide release of Buffalo Bill Cody.
Originally released in June 2025 as a Wyoming exclusive bottling, Buffalo Bill Cody is a Straight Bourbon Whiskey made from grains farmed in Wyoming soil and distilled in Kirby, Wyoming. The spirit was matured in Wyoming Whiskey rickhouses for a minimum of six years prior to the 26 barrel blend being married and bottled. The national release retains the same flavor profile and character as the Wyoming-exclusive edition, with a minor difference in proof: it is bottled at 48% ABV (96 proof) compared to the original Wyoming exclusive’s 48.5% ABV (97 proof).
Buffalo Bill Cody is described as having aromas of “leather, Black Forest cake (cherry, chocolate), toffee, and honeyed almonds.” The palate exhibits flavors of “lemon cake with caramel nougat, milk chocolate, almond brittle, and honey.” It concludes with a “drying finish of cherry and lemon puree, candied ginger, molasses, and tobacco.”
Wyoming Whiskey Buffalo Bill Cody will be available this fall in select markets, including Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Iowa, Maine, Michigan, Montana, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Utah, and Virginia for a suggested retail price of $79.99.
