Coachbuilt Whisky & Williams Racing Debut Coachbuilt 18 Year Old Blended Scotch Whisky
Coachbuilt Whisky and Williams Racing have announced the inaugural release of their co-branded, limited edition series of whiskies that pay homage to Williams Racing.
The debut release, Coachbuilt 18 Year Old Blended Scotch Whisky, was blended at Claxton’s by Coachbuilt Co-Founder George Koutsakis and contains whiskies aged in ex-Sherry and ex-Bourbon casks.
Bottled at 48% ABV, Coachbuilt 18 Year Old Blended Scotch Whisky is described as having aromas of “orchard fruit and winter spice,” with “subtle hints of vanilla, dark chocolate, and cinnamon” on the palate, and a finish that is “long, smooth, and rich.”
Coachbuilt 18 Year Old Blended Scotch Whisky is presented in a commemorative bottle and packaging based on the FW-18, one of Williams Racing most successful and iconic cars.
Limited to only 3,000 bottles globally, Coachbuilt 18 Year Old Blended Scotch Whisky is available for pre-order at masterofmalt.com and will go on sale at retailers across the UK beginning in August for a recommended retail price of £230 for a 700 mL bottle.
