Douglas Laing Releases 2023 Big Peat Christmas Edition
Douglas Laing has unveiled the 2023 release of Big Peat Christmas Edition, the first release in the seasonal limited edition series to have been finished in sherry casks.
Bottled without coloring or chill-filtration at a natural cask strength of 54.8% ABV, Big Peat Christmas Edition 2023 is described as having notes of “dried fruit, cocoa, spiced oak, and candied peel, alongside Hebridean sea air, peated barley, and the signature smoke Big Peat is renowned for.”
