Tamdhu Announces Batch Strength Batch 008
Tamdhu has announced the latest release in its Batch Strength series, Tamdhu Batch Strength Batch 008.
Tamdhu Batch Strength Batch 008 is matured exclusively in Oloroso sherry seasoned casks sourced from the bodegas of Jerez, Spain and includes a high proportion of first-fill sherry casks.
Bottled at 55.8% ABV, Tamdhu Batch Strength Batch 008 is described as having aromas of “warm oak and honeycomb with vanilla cream.” The palate exhibits “sharp summer berries, and a splash of water brings candied lemon peel and oak spice.” It finishes with “mouth-watering oak, ending with ripe figs and lemon zest.”
