Glendronach Cask Strength Batch 11

The GlenDronach Distillery has announced the latest release in its Cask Strength series, GlenDronach Cask Strength Batch 11.

Matured in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks from Andalucía, GlenDronach Cask Strength Batch 11 is described as having aromas of “mulled cranberry, orange and clove liqueur, dark honeyed treacle, and nutty oak.” The palate exhibits notes of “richly spiced bramble wine and treacle toffee interwoven with chocolate raisin, cinnamon maple, and sultana,” concluding with a “lingering Seville orange peel and nutmeg layered with caramel and maraschino cherry” on the finish.

GlenDronach Cask Strength Batch 11 is bottled of natural color at 59.8% ABV and will be available at retailers worldwide beginning this month for a suggested retail price of £68.00.
