Old Forester Names Melissa Rift as Brand Ambassador/Master Taster
Old Forester has announced Melissa Rift as the brand’s new Brand Ambassador/Master Taster. Rift replaces former Old Forester Master Taster Jackie Zykan, who stepped down over the summer to pursue other opportunities.
Born in Louisville, Rift understands the rich culture of Kentucky bourbon and gained an understanding of the bourbon industry from her beginnings as a bourbon tour guide. She previously served as Single Barrel Program Director at Bulleit Distilling Co. and most recently held a leadership role at Beam Suntory. She and her wife, Brittany, live in Louisville with their two dogs and two cats.
