Laphroaig Càirdeas White Port and Madeira has been revealed as 2023’s bottling of the annual Laphroaig Càirdeas release.
Labels submitted to the TTB indicate Laphroaig Càirdeas White Port and Madeira will be the first Càirdeas release from new Distillery Manager Barry MacAffer. Three quarters of the single malt Scotch whisky is finished in second-fill Madeira casks, with the final quarter coming from first-fill port casks.
Laphroaig Càirdeas White Port and Madeira will be bottled NCF (Non-Chill Filtered) at 52.3% ABV and is expected to hit stores between summer and fall 2023.

Hi Brian! I was told by a Laphroaig representative that all Cairdeas releases are bottled of natural color and non-chill filtered.
