Lagavulin Offerman Edition 11 Year Old Revealed

Lagavulin Offerman Edition 11 Year Old - Front Label

Labels submitted to the TTB have revealed Lagavulin Offerman Edition, an 11 year old limited release inspired by Hollywood celebrity Nick Offerman.

Offerman portrayed Ron Swanson on American sitcom Parks and Recreation from 2009-2015. Over the course of the series, viewers would learn about Swanson’s love for Lagavulin whisky. That passion carried over to the real world where Offerman became a spokesman for the brand, starring in a series of humorous videos titled My Tales of Whisky, in which he professes his love for the Lagavulin brand.

Lagavulin Offerman Edition will be bottled at 46% ABV and is expected to hit stores later this year.

  • Kirstin says:

Any idea what the cost will be or what locations will carry it?

    • Elias Aoude says:

If the Lagavulin 8 Year Old (200th Anniversary) and Lagavulin 9 Year Old (Game of Thrones) limited releases are any indication, it will likely cost around $70 and be available at nearly all liquor stores. Expect an official announcement with pricing and availability prior to launch.
