Octomore 10.1, 10.3, 10.4 Revealed
Labels approved by the TTB have given us a glimpse at Bruichladdich’s upcoming Octomore 10.x series. The line-up consists of Octomore 10.1, Octomore 10.3 Islay Barley, and Octomore 10.4 Virgin Oak.
Octomore 10.1 is aged 5 years, peated to 107ppm (parts per million), bottled at 59.8% ABV, and limited to 42,000 bottles. Octomore 10.3 is aged 6 years, peated to 114ppm, bottled at 61.3% ABV, and limited to 24,000 bottles. Octomore 10.4 is aged 3 years, peated to 88ppm, bottled at 63.5% ABV, and limited to 12,000 bottles.
All three whiskies will be bottled un-chill filtered and coloring free. Expect an official announcement with more information, including pricing, release date, and availability, prior to launch.
