The Glenlivet Unveils 12 Year Old Provence Edition
The Glenlivet has unveiled The Glenlivet 12 Year Old Provence Edition, a new limited-edition release inspired by the sun-soaked landscapes, vibrant flavors, and relaxed way of life of Southern France.
The Glenlivet 12 Year Old Provence Edition is a Single Malt Scotch Whisky that has been partially finished in a combination of French wine casks – Château Sainte Marguerite white wine, Rivesaltes, and Sauternes – and bottled at 40% ABV.
The Glenlivet 12 Year Old Provence Edition is described as having a nose of “white peaches in syrup, toasted almonds, and delicate aromas of floral meadows.” The palate exhibits notes of “sweet juicy nectarines, vanilla crème brûlée, marzipan, and white chocolate.” The finish is “complex and ultra smooth with warm floral honey.”
The Glenlivet 12 Year Old Provence Edition is available now for a suggested retail price of $54.99.
