Heaven Hill Distillery Launches Bottled-in-Bond Double Mash Bourbon

Heaven Hill Distillery has announced the launch of Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond Double Mash, a new expression that brings together two distinct mashbills in one Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon.
Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond Double Mash unites two-thirds traditional Bourbon mashbill (78% corn, 10% rye, and 12% malted barley) with one-third Wheated Bourbon mashbill (68% corn, 20% wheat, and 12% malted barley), both aged for nine years and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV) in accordance with the strict standards established by the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897.
Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond Double Mash is described as having aromas of “toasted oak, honey, and a hint of white pepper.” The palate is “bright and rich, offering honey and citrus oil.” It finishes with “rich caramel and baking spices.”
Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond Double Mash will be available in limited quantities nationwide beginning August 2026 for a suggested retail price of $49.99.
