Berry Bros. & Rudd Releases Blue Hanger 14th Edition
Berry Bros. & Rudd has announced the release of Blue Hanger 14th Edition.
The Blended Malt Scotch Whisky, the youngest component of which is 26 years old, was crafted from seven casks – six ex-bourbon hogsheads and one ex-sherry butt – and is bottled at 45.6% ABV and limited to just 2,500 bottles.
Blue Hanger 14th Edition is described as having aromas of “milk chocolate, soft caramel, citrus peel, stewed fruits, and sherry cask influence.” The palate exhibits “an unctuous oiliness, carrying barley sweets and orchard fruit, with caramel wrapping around it all.” The finish has “a dusting of baking spice, leading to a finish which gently trails into mellow chocolate and sweet fruits notes.”
Blue Hanger 14th Edition is priced at £120.00 and is now available for purchase exclusively through bbr.com. A rollout to select retailers across the UK and key international markets will follow beginning in April 2026.
