Altamar Brands Launches Lágrimas “La Sabina” Plata – Benchetler No. 2
Altamar Brands has announced the launch of Lágrimas “La Sabina” Plata – Benchetler No. 2, a limited edition tequila created in collaboration with artist, filmmaker, and pro skier Chris Benchetler.
Lágrimas del Valle is a terroir-driven tequila brand, highlighting agave from single ranches. Lágrimas Benchetler No. 2 comes from a high-altitude ranch (La Sabina) in the state of Guanajuato, Mexico, which the brand claims yields slow-growing, intensely flavorful agave. This expression was created at Tequila Cascahuin (NOM 1123) in collaboration with Master Distiller Salvador “Chava” Rosales Trejo and was double distilled, blended, and bottled at 92 proof (46% ABV).
