Nearest Green Distillery Announces National Release of Uncle Nearest 2025 Master Blend Edition
Nearest Green Distillery has announced the first ever national release of Uncle Nearest Master Blend Edition.
Previously only available at the Nearest Green Distillery in Tennessee, the 2025 Master Blend Edition commemorates the brand’s eighth anniversary. A total of 8,888 bottles will be released, symbolizing eight years of honoring the legacy of Nearest Green, the first known African American master distiller.
To create Uncle Nearest Master Blend Edition, Master Blender Victoria Eady Butler has selected and blended barrels that she believes to be among the most spectacular, resulting in “a bold, cask-strength whiskey layered with rich notes of caramelized sugar, dark fruit, and warm baking spice.”
Uncle Nearest 2025 Master Blend Edition is rolling out nationwide in 32 markets and carries a suggested retail price of $149. A limited number of bottles will include a signature from Master Blender Victoria Eady Butler.
