Heaven Hill Announces Spring 2025 Edition of Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond Series
Heaven Hill Distillery has announced the Spring 2025 release of the Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond series. The latest release in the series is a 9 year old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey comprised of barrels produced in the spring of 2016 and bottled in the spring of 2025 at 100 proof (50% ABV) in a 1950’s Old Fitzgerald inspired decanter.
The Spring 2025 edition of Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond is described as having aromas of “apple pie, especially the crust.” The palate exhibits “classic bourbon notes of vanilla and butterscotch, followed by toasted cereal with apple pie spices.” The finish is “creamy and viscous, with baked apples fading to oak and more cinnamon spices.”
The Spring 2025 release of the Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond series will be available on an allocated basis and has a suggested retail price of $129.99 for a 750 mL bottle.
