Oaklore Four Grain Bourbon Now Available Nationwide

North Carolina’s Oaklore Distilling Co. has announced the nationwide release of its flagship Oaklore Four Grain Bourbon.
Crafted by Oaklore at its sister distilleries in Kentucky and North Carolina, the Four Grain Bourbon is distilled on 24-inch Vendome all-copper column stills using corn, wheat, barley, and rye. The whiskey combines five to six year old barrels of wheated bourbon and rye bourbon mash bills, which are aged separately and hand-selected and batched together – producing a final mash bill of 72% corn, 11% wheat, 10% rye, and 7% malted barley. The whiskey is then re-barreled for additional aging for approximately 8-12 months. Oaklore Four Grain Bourbon is bottled at 92 proof and presented non-chill filtered.
Oaklore Four Grain Bourbon is described as having aromas of “toasted pecans and honey butter cake,” followed by a palate of “silky, smooth toffee and vanilla crème brûlée,” concluding with a finish that “lingers with butterscotch, leaving a light spice on the tongue.”
Oaklore Four Grain Bourbon has a suggested retail price of $69.99 for a 750 mL bottle.
