Four Roses Distillery and Ooni Pizza Ovens have announced the release of Ooni & Four Roses Bourbon Barrel Aged Honey.
The limited edition bourbon barrel aged honey was crafted in partnership with Bohman Bee Company. The honey was aged in freshly dumped, never rinsed barrels that once aged Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon, imparting the richest essence of bourbon. The end result is a honey with tasting notes of ripened red berries and dried spices, perfect for drizzling on pizza and as a sweetener in cocktails.
Ooni & Four Roses Bourbon Barrel Aged Honey is now available for purchase on the Ooni Pizza Ovens website for $16.00 for a 10 ounce bottle, on ReserveBar.com in a bundle with Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon for $51.99, and at the Four Roses Distillery Visitor Center in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky.
