Pinhook Launches 5 Year Old Cask Strength Bourbon
Pinhook has announced the launch of Pinhook 5 Year Old Cask Strength Bourbon, a new expression that joins Pinhook’s Flagship Bourbon and Rye in the brand’s core range.
Distilled and aged at Frankfort, KY based Castle & Key for five years, the 2024 vintage of Pinhook 5 Year Old Cask Strength Bourbon is blended from 120 barrels and bottled at 118.2% proof (59.1% ABV), and has a mash bill of 75% corn, 15% rye, and 10% barley.
The 2024 release of Pinhook 5 Year Old Cask Strength Bourbon is described as having aromas of “molasses, roasted peanuts, and caramel” and flavors of “baked apricot, vanilla, and burnt sugar.”
The 2024 release of Pinhook 5 Year Old Cask Strength Bourbon carries a retail price of $64.99 and is available now through pinhook.com and at retailers nationwide.
