Heaven Hill Announces Fall 2023 Edition of Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond Series
Heaven Hill Distillery has announced the Fall 2023 release of the Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond series. The latest release in the series is an 8 year old straight bourbon whiskey comprised of barrels produced in fall of 2015 and bottled in spring of 2023 at 100 proof (50% ABV) in a 1950’s Old Fitzgerald inspired decanter.
The Fall 2023 edition of Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond is described as having aromas of “brown sugar and toasted bread in addition to cinnamon and nutmeg.” The palate exhibits notes of “peaches and cream, followed by peppery spice and caramel sweetness.” It concludes with “lingering spice along with peach and pear notes and a caramelized brown sugar finale.”
The Fall 2023 release of the Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond series will be available on an allocated basis and has a suggested retail price of $109.99 for a 750 mL bottle.
