The GlenAllachie Distillery has announced the launch of The GlenAllachie 21 Year Old Batch 4.

GlenAllachie 21 Year Old Batch 4 is a marriage of whiskies matured in three 1991 vintage Pedro Ximénez Sherry puncheons, bottled without added coloring or chill filtration at a cask strength of 51.5% ABV.

GlenAllachie 21 Year Old Batch 4 is described as having aromas of “clementine zest, raisins, honeycomb, cocoa, fruit cake, and caramelised brown sugar.” The palate exhibits notes of “baking spices, rich chocolate, heather honey, treacle, orchard fruits, and black cherries,” concluding with “sweetened espresso” on the finish.

GlenAllachie 21 Year Old Batch 4 is limited to 2,000 bottles worldwide and will be available beginning this month at a suggested retail price of £306.
