Eden Mill St Andrews Launches The Guard Bridge Blended Malt Scotch Whisky
St Andrews based gin and whisky distillery Eden Mill has announced the launch of its new Blended Malt Scotch Whisky, The Guard Bridge.
The Guard Bridge contains at least ten single malts from across the Highlands and Lowlands of Scotland, blended and married together and finished in ex-Eden Mill single malt casks. The Guard Bridge is presented of natural color and non-chill filtered and bottled at 46% ABV.
Eden Mill’s Head Distiller, Scott Ferguson, describes The Guard Bridge as featuring “the delicate, grassy and floral flavour characteristics of the Lowland single malts, combined with the robust, barley-sweet and dried fruit notes of the Highland single malts, to create a whisky that showcases the best of both regions.”
The Guard Bridge is now available to purchase from edenmill.com and carries a recommended retail price of £45 for a 70 cL bottle.
