Nancy Fraley Announces Her Retirement From Jos. A. Magnus & Co.

Nancy Fraley has announced that she will be retiring from her role as Master Blender of Jos. A. Magnus & Co. at the end of the year.
At Jos. A. Magnus & Co., Fraley was central to establishing the brand’s house style and a blending approach that now underpins its identity. She is credited with pioneering the Cigar Blend category through Magnus’ 2016 Cigar Blend Bourbon. She is also responsible for introducing a triple-cask finishing technique that has influenced the wider American whiskey category.
Fraley’s mentee, Head Blender Will Fabry, who has been studying closely with her for 7 years, will take over as new Master Blender upon her retirement.
