Blackened Whiskey Launches Cask Strength Volume 01

Blackened Whiskey has announced the release of its limited edition Cask Strength series, launching with Blackened Whiskey Cask Strength Volume 01.
Blackened Whiskey Cask Strength is created from the same blend of North American bourbons and ryes as the original Blackened American Whiskey. The whiskeys are then married and finished in brandy casks and bottled at cask strength without chill filtration.
While the marriage of bourbons and ryes is finishing in brandy casks, a patent-pending scientific process dubbed Black Noise is used to sonically-enhance the whiskey. This process is described as producing low hertz sound waves to cause the whiskey to reverberate at a fast rate and interact with the oak staves of the finishing barrel to release wood compounds and flavors.
Each volume of Blackened Cask Strength will be its own unique batch. Volume 01 is described as having aromas of “rolled oats, vanilla wafer, fig, maple sugar, and toffee” and the palate exhibits “hints of walnut, caramel, and vanilla creme with a brown sugar, ancho chile, and a cinnamon spice finish.”
Blackened Whiskey Cask Strength Volume 01 is available now across the U.S. and select Canadian provinces for a suggested retail price of $69.99.
