GlenAllachie Releases 8 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
GlenAllachie has announced the addition of an 8 year old single malt Scotch whisky to the brands core range. The GlenAllachie 8 Year Old marries spirit aged in Pedro Ximénez puncheons, Oloroso Sherry puncheons, virgin oak casks, and red wine barriques and is bottled un-chill filtered and with no added coloring at 46% ABV.
The GlenAllachie 8 Year Old is described as having aromas of “heather honey, butterscotch, cinnamon, ginger, toasted almonds, and mocha,” and tastes of “treacle, dried sultanas, butterscotch, cinnamon, peppermint, and honeycomb.”
The GlenAllachie 8 Year Old is available now at a suggested retail price of £42.50.
