Teeling Whiskey Unveils Fifth and Final Bottling in The Renaissance Series
Teeling Whiskey has unveiled the fifth and final bottling in The Renaissance series, a line of limited edition Irish single malts created to celebrate the global renaissance of Irish whiskey.
The fifth bottling in The Renaissance series is an 18 year old Irish single malt that was aged in ex-Bourbon barrels for over 12 years before being finished in ex-Calvados casks for over 6 years, imparting “beautiful depth of cinnamon and caramelised apple character, with dried cherries and woody tannin notes.”
Teeling Whiskey The Renaissance Series No. 5 is bottled without chill filtration at 46% ABV and is limited to just 9,000 bottles. The Renaissance Series No. 5 carries a suggested retail price of €140 and will be available in Ireland at the Teeling Whiskey Distillery, The Celtic Whiskey Shop, Irishmalts.com, Shannon Airport, premium Irish retail stores, and in select international markets.
