Teeling Whiskey Unveils Fourth Bottling in The Renaissance Series
Teeling Whiskey has unveiled the fourth bottling in The Renaissance series, a line of limited edition Irish single malts created to celebrate the global renaissance of Irish whiskey.
The fourth bottling in The Renaissance series is an 18 year old Irish single malt that was aged in ex-Bourbon barrels for over 16 years before being finished in ex-red Pineau des Charentes fortified wine casks, imparting “pressed grape and candied dried fruit flavours of apricot and pineapple character.”
Teeling Whiskey The Renaissance Series No. 4 is bottled without chill filtration at 46% ABV and is limited to just 9,000 bottles. The Renaissance Series No. 4 carries a suggested retail price of €140 (~$155) and will be available in Ireland at the Teeling Whiskey Distillery, The Celtic Whiskey Shop, and select international markets.
