Bruichladdich Launches Fèis Ìle 2021 Exclusive Releases

Bruichladdich has launched three new releases for Fèis Ìle 2021, also known as The Islay Festival of Music and Malt. This year’s Fèis Ìle exclusives include two unpeated single malts from the Bruichladdich range and the first ever limited edition release from The Botanist, Bruichladdich’s Islay dry gin.
Bruichladdich Laddie Origins Fèis Ìle 2021:
Laddie Origins is a celebration of 20 years since the distillery’s resurrection, drawing unpeated single malt from 13 casks across 12 vintages, 6 barley types, and 9 different cask types. Bottled non-chill filtered and coloring free at 56.3% ABV. Limited to 3,000 bottles and priced at £150.00 for a 700 mL bottle.
Bruichladdich Fèis Ìle 2021 Single Cask:
Distilled in 2003 from 100% Scottish barley, this 17 year old, unpeated Bruichladdich was matured full term in an “incredible” 2nd fill sherry cask and was hand-selected by Head Distiller Adam Hannett for release as a Fèis Ìle 2021 exclusive. Bottled non-chill filtered and coloring free at 59.2% ABV. Limited to 840 bottles and priced at £150.00 for a 500 mL bottle.
The Botanist Islay Aged Gin 2011 Single Cask:
Crafted by Head Distiller Adam Hannett in celebration of The Botanist’s 10th birthday, this small batch of Islay Dry Gin from The Botanist’s inaugural year has been matured in a Pauillac French red wine cask since 2011 and is described as having notes of “sweet, aromatic juniper, toasted oak, ginger and spice.” Limited to 418 bottles at 42.5% ABV and priced at £75.00 for a 375 mL bottle.
Due to the highly limited nature of Fèis Ìle releases, interested individuals must enter a ballot on the Bruichladdich website (open now and closing on June 4th) for the chance to purchase any of the three bottles.
