Heaven Hill Distillery Releases Heaven Hill 85th Anniversary Single Barrel Bourbon
Heaven Hill Distillery has announced the release of Heaven Hill 85th Anniversary Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, a 13 year old limited edition release celebrating Heaven Hill’s 85 years of distilling tradition.
Barreled on December 13, 2006 and aged on the second floor of Rickhouse G on Heaven Hill’s main Bardstown campus, Heaven Hill 85th Anniversary was dumped on December 13, 2019, honoring the anniversary date Heaven Hill first filled a barrel with Kentucky Bourbon in 1935.
Heaven Hill 85th Anniversary is bottled non-chill filtered at 107 proof (53.5% ABV), a nod to Heaven Hill’s original barrel entry proof circa 1935. Presented in a custom wooden box bearing two H’s on each side (representing Heaven Hill), the bottle resides in a blue satin-lined base and is secured in the box via magnetic closure.
Heaven Hill 85th Anniversary Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey will be available late 2020 at Heaven Hill Distillery’s Bourbon Heritage Center and select Kentucky retailers for a suggested retail price of $299.99.
