Four Roses Small Batch Select Expands to More States

Four Roses Small Batch Select, the distillery’s first permanent product-line extension since 2006, is expanding into more than a dozen new states. Launched last year in California, Georgia, Kentucky, New York, and Texas, it’s now rolling out to Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Washington, and Wisconsin.
Four Roses Small Batch Select is a marriage of Four Roses’ OBSV, OBSK, OBSF, OESV, OESK and OESF bourbon recipes that have been aged for 6-7 years and bottled non-chill filtered at 52% ABV (104 proof).
Small Batch Select is described as having aromas of “raspberries, clove and nutmeg”, with flavors of “apricot, ripe berries, vanilla and light oak” on the palate, finishing with notes of “spearmint and a touch of cinnamon”.
