Four Roses Small Batch Select Announced
Four Roses has announced Small Batch Select, the first new addition to their core product line in over 12 years, joining Four Roses Bourbon (Yellow Label), Four Roses Small Batch, and Four Roses Single Barrel.
Four Roses Small Batch Select is composed of bourbons that have been aged for six and seven years, the recipes of which will be released leading up to release.
Small Batch Select is described as having aromas of “raspberries, clove and nutmeg”, with flavors of “apricot, ripe berries, vanilla and light oak” on the palate, finishing with notes of “spearmint and a touch of cinnamon”.
Four Roses Small Batch Select will be bottled non-chill filtered at 52% ABV (104 proof) and will launch this spring in California, Georgia, Kentucky, New York, and Texas. Other markets will follow at a later date.
