Wild Turkey Launches Master’s Keep Cornerstone Rye
Wild Turkey has launched Master’s Keep Cornerstone Rye, the fourth release in the Master’s Keep series and the oldest rye ever released by Wild Turkey Distilling Co.
Master Distiller Eddie Russell crafted Cornerstone Rye from hand-picked #4 alligator char barrels, all containing rye aged between 9-11 years. Bottled at 109 proof (54.5% ABV), Master’s Keep Cornerstone Rye is described as having “notes of warm vanilla, black pepper and toasted rye, followed by a cascade of honey and baked apple” on the palate, and a “bold, crisp and clean” finish “with lingering notes of sweet spice and oak.”
Master’s Keep Cornerstone Rye is limited to approximately 16,000 bottles and carries a suggested retail price of $175.00 for a 750 mL bottle.
