Ardbeg Supernova 2019 Revealed
In 2015, Ardbeg released what was supposed to be the fourth and final release in their limited edition, heavily peated Supernova series. However, labels submitted to the TTB have revealed a fifth release – Ardbeg Supernova 2019.
Ardbeg Supernova 2019 is described as having notes of sweet treacle toffee, aniseed, eucalyptus, menthol, soot, fennel, charred oak, and birch, encompassed by a heavy layer of peat and smoke.
Ardbeg Supernova 2019 will be bottled at 53.8% ABV and is expected to hit stores later this year.
