BenRiach Reintroduces Sherry Wood 12 Year Old to Core Range

BenRiach Sherry Wood 12 Year Old

BenRiach has reintroduced the once discontinued Sherry Wood 12 Year Old to their core range of single malt Scotch whiskies.

BenRiach Sherry Wood 12 Year Old is made using a production process the distillery refers to as three-way sherry maturation, in which the distillate goes through full sherry cask maturation, as well as Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry cask finishing. The result is an expression described as having “layers of fruit sweetness and toasted oak spice with a luscious dessert-like finish.”

BenRiach Sherry Wood 12 Year Old is bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered, and of natural color. It will be available worldwide by the end of the month at a suggested price of £43 (roughly $55-60).
