Johnnie Walker Launches Black Cask
Johnnie Walker has announced the launch of Black Cask, a new, permanent expression in the Johnnie Walker core range.
Johnnie Walker Black Cask is created using specially selected whiskies from the heart of Johnnie Walker Black Label, including those from Cameronbridge, Glen Elgin, and Roseisle. These whiskies are aged exclusively in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, which delivers a sweeter, bourbon‑friendly profile.
Bottled at 43% ABV, Johnnie Walker Black Cask is described as exhibiting “creamy vanilla sweetness, rich caramel depth, gentle spice, and smooth oak warmth.”
Johnnie Walker Black Cask will be available beginning March 1, 2026, in the United States for a suggested retail price of $34.99 per 750 mL bottle.
