Michter’s Announces 2025 Edition of Celebration Sour Mash Whiskey
Michter’s has announced the 2025 Edition of its Celebration Sour Mash Whiskey.
The fifth release in the Michter’s Celebration Sour Mash series is crafted from a blend of seven barrels – four Kentucky Straight Rye barrels and three Kentucky Straight Bourbon barrels – ranging in age from 12 to over 30 years old, and is bottled at 115.2 proof (57.6% ABV) and presented in a gift box containing a letter signed by Michter’s Master Distiller Dan McKee.
The 2025 Edition of Michter’s Celebration Sour Mash Whiskey is limited to 315 bottles worldwide and will be available beginning this month for a suggested retail price of $6,000.
