Green River Launches Wheated Full Proof Bourbon
Green River Distilling Co. has announced the launch of Green River Wheated Full Proof Bourbon.
Distilled from a mash bill of 70% corn, 21% wheat, and 9% malted barley, the initial batch of Green River Wheated Full Proof Bourbon has been aged for five to seven years and is bottled at 109.3 proof (54.65% ABV).
Green River Wheated Full Proof is described as exhibiting notes of “rich caramel and tangerine with cinnamon and vanilla creme,” concluding with a “soft wheat finish bolstered by rich, full-proof flavor.”
Green River Wheated Full Proof Bourbon will be available beginning February 13 and carries a suggested retail price of $49.99.
