Eden Mill Launches 2025 Art of St Andrews Release
Eden Mill has announced the launch of the 2025 Art of St Andrews release.
The Art of St Andrews collection celebrates the spirit, landscape and flavors of Eden Mill’s coastal hometown, and the artists inspired by its scenery. Eden Mill St Andrews has partnered with artist Deborah Phillips to create the bespoke packaging for the 2025 release.
The 2025 Art of St Andrews release was distilled from Brown Crystal malt and initially matured in first-fill Bourbon barrels, then finished in Amontillado sherry casks and bottled at 46.5% ABV.
The 2025 Art of St Andrews release is described as having aromas of “malty toasted biscuit sweetness alongside notes of freshly baked bread,” flavors of “creamy, nutty Sherry, reminiscent of almond frangipane,” and a finish of “cherry sweetness with a final whisper of spice.”
The 2025 Art of St Andrews release is available now via Eden Mill’s website and at the distillery shop for £150.
