Willett Distillery Releases Willett Family Estate Small Batch Bourbon
Willett Distillery has announced the release of its newest expression, Willett Family Estate Small Batch Bourbon.
Crafted under the guidance of Master Distiller Drew Kulsveen, Willett Family Estate Small Batch Bourbon is a marriage of two distinct mashbills:
- 70%: 72% Corn, 13% Rye, 15% Barley
- 30%: 52% Corn, 38% Rye, 10% Barley
Each batch is composed of around 50 barrels of bourbon of different ages, distilled at a barrel entry proof of 125 and bottled at cask strength, which will vary by batch.
Willett Family Estate Small Batch Bourbon will be available in limited quantities nationwide and carries a suggested retail price of $67.
