Turntable Spirits Launches Track 07: Born to Be Wild
Turntable Spirits has announced the launch of Track 07: Born to Be Wild, the latest addition to its music-inspired range of blended Scotch whiskies. Track 07 is named after Steppenwolf’s 1968 hit, Born to Be Wild.
The blend breakdown for Track 07: Born to Be Wild follows:
- 37% Ardnamurchan Peated Sherry Butt
- 16% Lochlea 1st Fill Bourbon Barrel
- 15% Nc’Nean 1st Fill Bourbon Barrel
- 18% Raasay Peated Chinkapin Barrel
- 14% Port Dundas Refill Bourbon Barrel
Bottled at 53% ABV and presented non-chill filtered and in its natural color, Track 07: Born to Be Wild is described as “a smoky-sweet dram of sea spray and campfire, layered with teriyaki and bacon richness, and warming spice that leads to a gentle finish of cream, peach, and barley biscuit.”
