Heaven Hill Announces Parker’s Heritage Collection 19th Edition
Heaven Hill Distillery has announced the 19th release in the Parker’s Heritage Collection, an 11 Year Old Kentucky Straight American Whiskey.
The 19th release in the Parker’s Heritage Collection is comprised of three mashbills and 160 barrels drawn from multiple rickhouses and floors across Heaven Hill’s rickhouse sites. The blend includes a 15 year old Kentucky Straight Wheated Bourbon aged in Rickhouse A; an 11 year old Kentucky Straight Corn Whiskey aged in Rickhouses DD, GG, and BB; and 12 year old Whiskey aged in Rickhouse Y, made from only two grains – rye and malt. Each mashbill was aged in unique rickhouses and floors, then married together post-aging and bottled non-chill filtered and at a barrel proof of 122.5 proof (61.25% ABV).
Parker’s Heritage Collection 11 Year Old Kentucky Straight American Whiskey will be available in limited quantities beginning in September for a suggested retail price of $179.99 for a 750 mL bottle.
