Irish Distillers Launches Method And Madness Single Malt 7 Year Old
Irish Distillers has announced the launch of Method And Madness Single Malt 7 Year Old, the first ever single malt whiskey to be created at the Midleton Micro Distillery.
Method And Madness Single Malt 7 Year Old was triple distilled and matured in first-fill American bourbon barrels and second-fill sherry casks before being bottled at 46% ABV.
Method And Madness Single Malt 7 Year Old is described as having aromas of “fragrant lavender, floral honey, and banana bread,” with notes of “tangy citrus, caramelised apple, and dried herbs” on the palate, concluding with “woodland spice, hazelnut syrup, and vanilla” on the finish.
Method And Madness Single Malt 7 Year Old is available for purchase in Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Norway, Brand Homes, France, Global Travel Retail, and online at a suggested retail price of €95.
