Jacob’s Pardon Small Batch Recipe No. 03 is an 18 year old American Light Whiskey produced by MGP from a mashbill of 99% corn and 1% malted barley, bottled from 211 uncharred new barrels at a cask strength of 71.25% ABV.
Jacob’s Pardon Small Batch Recipe No. 03 is described as having a flavor profile consisting of “caramel corn, black cherry, prune Danish, loads of baking spices such as nutmeg, clove, cinnamon and vanilla bean, pipe tobacco fragrance and more.”
Jacob’s Pardon Small Batch Recipe No. 03 is available at select retailers nationwide at a suggested retail price of $195.00 for a 750 mL bottle.
