Aberfeldy Launches 15 Year Old Finished in Cabernet Sauvignon Wine Casks
The Aberfeldy Distillery has announced the launch of an Aberfeldy 15 Year Old limited edition finished in Cabernet Sauvignon Wine Casks.
The Aberfeldy 15 Year Old limited edition was first matured in a combination of refill casks and then finished in Cabernet Sauvignon wine casks sourced from Napa Valley, California.
Bottled at 43% ABV, the Aberfeldy 15 Year Old limited edition is described as having “fragrant notes of raspberry jam, parma violets, cinnamon and freshly ground coffee beans, all alongside the signature honeyed profile that Aberfeldy is known for.”
Aberfeldy 15 Year Old Finished in Cabernet Sauvignon Wine Casks will be available in the U.S. beginning this month for a suggested retail price of $69.99.
