Fettercairn Distillery Announces 2023 Edition of Fettercairn 18 Year Old
The Fettercairn Distillery has announced the 2023 Edition of Fettercairn 18 Year Old.
Originally released in 2022, Fettercairn 18 Year Old is matured in American White Oak casks and finished in 100% Scottish Oak, and bottled non-chill filtered and of natural color at 46.8% ABV.
Fettercairn 18 Year Old is described as having aromas of “sugared almonds, baking spices, and tropical sweetness of passion fruit and guava.” The palate has notes of “exotic syruped fruits, patisserie sugars, brioche, and spices with soft hints of berry fruits,” concluding with “soft spice, cacao, and natural vanilla” on the finish.
Fettercairn 18 Year Old 2023 Edition rolls out to select global markets this month and carries a suggested retail price of £200 ($275).
