Glasgow 1770 Single Malt Scotch Whisky Now Available In Larger Bottle Size
The Glasgow Distillery has announced the launch of a new 70 cL bottle for its Glasgow 1770 Single Malt Scotch Whisky brand, which first launched in 2018 and until now had only been available in 50 cL bottles.
The new 70 cL bottle features a more environmentally friendly design that uses proportionally less glass than the original 50 cL bottle, as well as a new twist cork closure made from recycled materials and a fully recyclable gift carton.
The Glasgow 1770 core range – referred to as the Glasgow 1770 Signature Range – is made up of Glasgow 1770 The Original, Glasgow 1770 Peated, and Glasgow 1770 Triple Distilled, all of which are bottled non-chill filtered and of natural color.
Despite the move to a larger bottle, the Glasgow 1770 Signature Range will retain a recommend retail price of £49 per bottle thanks to economies of scale. The new bottles are now available for purchase on The Glasgow Distillery’s website and will be available at retailers across the UK, France, Germany, Denmark, Australia, China, South-East Asia, the US, and additional markets in the coming months.
